Privacy Policy
Swing Tempo is a golf practice metronome app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
Swing Tempo does not create accounts, does not collect personal information on our servers, and does not use advertising or tracking SDKs. Features that use your camera or photo library keep content on your device unless you choose to share it.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Names, email addresses, or account credentials
- Location data
- Contacts, calendars, or other personal databases
- Advertising identifiers or analytics events
- Microphone audio (swing videos are recorded without microphone capture)
We do not sell personal information.
Device Permissions and On-Device Content
Depending on how you use the app, Swing Tempo may request:
Camera
Used only when you choose to record a swing practice video. Recording happens on your device. We do not upload your videos to our servers.
Photo Library
Used only when you choose to save a swing video to Photos. Videos you save remain under your control in your photo library.
Sharing
If you use the system share sheet, the content you share is sent only to the destination you select (for example Messages, Mail, or another app). That destination’s own privacy policy applies.
Background audio
The app may continue playing metronome audio when the screen is locked so you can practice without keeping the app open. This does not involve collecting personal data.
App preferences such as selected tempo, sound pack, or haptics settings may be stored locally on your device to operate the app. They are not sent to us.
Children’s Privacy
Swing Tempo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Services
Swing Tempo does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-login services that collect user data on our behalf.
If you distribute or share content through Apple or other apps, those providers process information under their own policies.
Data Security
Because we do not operate user accounts or a backend that stores your swing videos or personal profiles, there is no Treemind Inc. cloud copy of that content to secure. Content that stays on your device is protected by your device’s security settings (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
